ClipAI lets you delete your data at any time. You have two options:
Delete data from within ClipAI
- Delete a video (and its clips): open the video in your library and use the delete action.
- Disconnect a social account: go to the Connect page in your dashboard and disconnect. This removes the stored access tokens for that platform.
Delete your entire account by email
To delete your full account and all data associated with it, including any data obtained through connected platforms (such as your Threads or Instagram profile information), email clipaionline@outlook.com. We will delete the associated data and confirm once complete.
You can also delete individual videos and disconnect social accounts directly within ClipAI at any time, as described above.
What gets deleted
- Account information (name, email)
- Uploaded videos and generated clips, captions, and thumbnails
- Connected social-account tokens
If you submitted a post to a brand’s public clipper marketplace campaign (not a ClipAI account), email clipaionline@outlook.com with the campaign link and the post URL you submitted to have that submission deleted.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
