Data Deletion Instructions

ClipAI lets you delete your data at any time. You have two options:

Delete data from within ClipAI

• Delete a video (and its clips): open the video in your library and use the delete action.
• Disconnect a social account: go to the Connect page in your dashboard and disconnect. This removes the stored access tokens for that platform.
• Delete your account: deleting your account removes your account information, uploaded videos, generated clips, and connected-account tokens.

Request deletion by email

You can also request deletion of all data associated with your account, including any data obtained through connected platforms (such as your Threads or Instagram profile information). Send a request and we will delete the associated data and confirm once complete.

To request deletion of all data associated with your account, email clipaionline@outlook.com. You can also delete your videos, disconnect accounts, and delete your account directly within ClipAI as described above.

What gets deleted

• Account information (name, email)
• Uploaded videos and generated clips, captions, and thumbnails
• Connected social-account tokens

Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
