By creating an account or using ClipAI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. ClipAI analyses videos you provide, detects highlight clips, generates captions, and helps you publish clips to social media platforms you connect.
Your Content and Rights
- You must own or have all necessary rights to the videos you upload and the content you publish.
- You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the Service to you.
- You are solely responsible for the clips and captions you publish to third-party platforms, and for complying with those platforms’ terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to process or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the rules of any connected platform. You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
Connected Accounts
When you connect a social account, you authorise ClipAI to publish content on your behalf as you direct. You can revoke this access at any time within ClipAI or from the platform’s settings. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. Usage limits apply per plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
AI-Generated Output
Clip detection, scoring, and captions are produced by automated models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
